The Process
The Protection Platform makes it easy to standardize a company-wide Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) in the process of providing health screening and evaluation. The Protection Platform software and data are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and architected in alignment with the AWS Whitepaper Architecting for HIPAA Security and Compliance on Amazon Web Services.
User authentication is handled by Auth0, an industry-leading access management platform which includes powerful security measures, granular reporting, attack security, and flexibility for custom solutions like Single Sign-On.
Only Proxima has software-based access to Employee Health questionnaires and their answers. Employee and Service Provider accounts contain identifying information and proof-of-completion documentation only. Proxima will never release information to a third party without a signed release form from the releasing individual.
